The 54th Acting Studio is aware personal opinions will vary morally, socially, and politically; however harassment, bullying, and inappropriate comments, actions, and or behaviors of any kind during or outside of class hours will not be tolerated. We uphold a "Two Strike Policy." Once a negative behaviour is identified and addressed you will be expected to make the necessary adjustments in your actions so we can maintain a safe space for individuals to work and progress in their craft. Failure to adhere to this may result in your removal from the class and not entitle you to a refund.
The 54th Acting Studio hours of operation 9am - 5pm. Any communication should be scheduled within those time frames. Any emails, texts, or phone calls regarding class matters will be addressed within those hours. Emails are the prefered method of communication, wherein all parties will have clear records of all discussions.
Classes may be moved if a substitute coach is not available, or a make up class will be created. Missing the substitute/make-up class does not automatically entitle the absent student(s) to any extra classes, however other arrangements can and will be made to accommodate special cases in this regard.
The free 30min coachings may not be banked, they are expected to be used within the 8 weeks you are enrolled, and no more than 2 can be used at the same time.
The 54th Acting Studio respects the names and pronouns chosen by each individual in attendance, as such you are expected to do the same. To facilitate this it is suggested you add your name and pronouns to your ZOOM handle before signing in to classes.
